1. Shipping Partners

To deliver your orders efficiently, we partner with reputed courier service.

2. Self Pickup

Customers can pick up their order directly from our facility after placing the order. Here’s how:

  1. Place your order on our website.
  2. Contact the sales team at sales@pcbcupid.com or call 7411475974 to arrange pickup.
  3. Once confirmed with the sales team, you can either arrange a Porter pickup or pick up the order yourself.

Note: Depending on the product or products, there might be a packing time of 1–2 hours. Please co-operate with our team.

  • We accept local pickup orders only in Bangalore City.
  • PCB Cupid is not responsible for any damaged products caused by a third-party pickup service.

3. Shipping Time / Delivery Time

Processing Time

We aim to process and ship 90% of orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped on the same day (except Sundays and public holidays). Orders made after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Pickup Time

Courier pickups are scheduled on the same day for shipments created before 4:00 PM; otherwise, pickups will occur the next day.

Delivery Time

We strive for delivery within 1-4 days across India. Delivery times are subject to courier schedules and may vary. Please allow ample time for delivery and avoid placing last-minute orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

Track your shipment status anytime via our shop by visiting the “Orders” section.

5. Packaging and Invoicing

All shipments include an invoice reflecting the product price as per Indian Tax Regulations, even if the order contains gifts.

6. Guarantee / Warranty

Warranty

These products are not covered by warranty (unless specified otherwise). Report only manufacturing defects within the same day of delivery.

Defective Products

No warranty applies to products subject to misuse, modification, or unauthorized alterations. If the product is damaged on arrival, we will replace or repair defective items. Please read more about this in our cancellation and refund policy.

7. Responsibilities

Installation

We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation or incorrect electrical connections. Ensure correct installation practices are followed.

We are part of Lioncircuits launchpad program and all development & components will be shipped from their warehouse.
