1. Information We Collect

When you browse, create an account, or place an order on our shop, we may collect the following information:

• Identity & Contact Data : your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or place an order.
• Shipping & Billing Data : billing name, shipping address, contact information, and order history.
• Payment Method Details : the type of payment instrument used (card, UPI, net banking). Payment card numbers, UPI credentials, and other sensitive payment information are never stored on our servers, they are processed directly by Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Technical & Usage Data : IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, page views, click patterns, and session duration. This data is anonymized and used to improve our store experience.

2. How We Use Your Shop Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Order Fulfillment : processing your orders, coordinating with manufacturing and shipping partners, and sending transactional updates (order confirmations, shipping notifications).
• Customer Support : responding to your inquiries, handling returns and refunds, and providing order-related assistance.
• Legal & Tax Compliance : maintaining order records, invoices, and shipping documentation as required by Indian tax regulations and consumer protection laws. Order and transaction records are retained for 7 years.
• Store Analytics : understanding how customers browse and shop so we can improve product discovery, page performance, and the overall shopping experience. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.

3. Payment Processing

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We share only the minimum data necessary with the following service providers to operate the shop. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement consistent with applicable privacy regulations.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our shop uses the following types of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies — required for authentication sessions, CSRF protection, and cart functionality. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics Cookies first-party cookies that help us understand page visits, feature usage, and store performance. No personal advertising profiles are built.

We do not place third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our shop. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings without affecting core checkout functionality.

6. Data Retention

• Order & Transaction Records — retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax regulations (GST), accounting standards, and consumer protection laws.
• Account Data — retained for as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts without orders are automatically deleted after 2 years with a 30-day advance notice.
• Analytics Data — anonymized and aggregated. Individual user identifiers are removed after 24 months.

• Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold.
• Correction — update inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request removal of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials confidential.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any entity not directly involved in fulfilling your order or operating the shop. The only data sharing that occurs is with the required 3rd party service providers.
