1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or making a purchase on the PCB Cupid Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop.

2. Account & Orders

• You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Including billing name, shipping address, and contact details.
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, it is an acknowledgment that we have received it.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Key points:

• We partner with reliable shipping services across India.
• Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery typically takes 1-4 days within India, subject to courier schedules.
• Self pickup is available in Bangalore City. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

Our cancellation, refund, and return policies are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Key points:

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. A 4% bank charge may apply.
• All products are non-returnable. Refunds are issued only for products damaged on arrival or with missing parts.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 days via the original payment method.
• Manufacturing defects must be reported on the same day of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Product Warranty

• Products are not covered by warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.
• No warranty applies to products subject to misuse, modification, or unauthorized alterations.
• If a product is damaged on arrival, we will replace or repair it at no additional cost, with shipping prepaid by us. Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
• We make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular application. You are responsible for validating component specifications and compatibility before use.

7. Intellectual Property

Hardware module designs sold through the shop may be released under open-source licenses (such as CERN-OHL-S). You are responsible for complying with the applicable license terms. PCB Cupid and its brand identity remain the property of PCB Cupid.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PCB Cupid's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
• PCB Cupid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products.
• We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation, incorrect electrical connections, or misuse of products. Ensure correct installation practices are followed.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party pickup or courier services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued use of the shop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
